The following Bill Review Lists focus on 2025 WY legislation that we feel supports or violates constitutional provisions from the United States Constitution or the Wyoming State Constitution. We will be gradually adding our opinion and commentary for each bill so check back often. The lists are subject to change as we carefully examine each bill.
A select portion of these bills will be later used to grade the Constitutional Competency of Wyoming legislators on their vote record.
