The following bills are CONSTITUTIONAL because they obey and defend Article 1, Section 1, and Article 7, Section 20 of the Wyoming State Constitution:

HB0043 Age verification for websites with harmful material;
HB0062 Prostitution amendments;
HB0083 Child custody-sex offense conviction presumption;

HB0171 Sexual exploitation of children-amendments;
HB0189 Harmful communication-minors;

HB0280 Sex offender registration;
SF0122 Voyeurism-sex offender registration amendment.

Wyoming State Constitution (emphasis added)

Article 1, Section 
All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety and happiness; for the advancement of these ends they have at all times an inalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper.

Article 7, Section 20
As the health and morality of the people are essential to their well-being, and to the peace and permanence of the state, it shall be the duty of the legislature to protect and promote these vital interests by such measures for the encouragement of temperance and virtue, and such restrictions upon vice and immorality of every sort, as are deemed necessary to the public welfare.
