Joel Guggenmos was elected in 2024 as Representative for House District 55 in Fremont County.  He defeated incumbent Ember Oakley in the Republican Primary.

He is up for reelection in 2026.

This area, and the state of Wyoming in general, is so unique and special to those who live here and experience all it has to offer on a daily basis. It’s under attack though. The freedoms and values we cherish are disappearing at a pace that is frightening. For far too long government has been reaching into places it has no business being in…and taxing us into oblivion while they’re doing it.
