Clarence Styvar has served in House District 12 as a WY Representative for Laramie County from 2018 to the present. Styvar was appointed by the Laramie County Commissioners to serve the residents of House District 12 on Sept. 14, 2018 to fill the vacant seat left by former Rep. Lars Lone who resigned Aug. 27, 2018.
He is up for reelection in 2026.
